Colorations par fluorescence
In fluorescence microscopy, preparations are irradiated with short-wave light, and the long-wave light (fluorescence) emitted as a result by certain structures or dyes is observed. Fluorescent dyes are used to stain and visualize cells, cell components, chromosomes, and bacteria, as well as to detect antigen-antibody reactions.
